

Maintain technical qualification by completing any necessary training programs assigned to you by the Service Manager.Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communicating with customers, test riding, or any other issue which will help ensure customer satisfaction.Keep work area as clean as possible and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.After job is finished ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork.Keep customers’ vehicle cleaner than when it was dropped off.Notify Service Advisor/Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customer may be contacted and notified of delay.Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known.Accept work assignments from Service Advisor/Manager.Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motorcycles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality.Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Requires the ability to balance and push an 800+lb motorcycle.Requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 25lbs of material.Must be able to multitask and input data with accuracy and efficiency in a high paced environment.Capable of maintaining confidentiality of appropriate information.Excellent communication skills including written and verbal/interpersonal.Ability to communicate effectively to resolve problems with other dealership employees, suppliers, Harleyĭavidson representative and governmental agencies.Experience using various Google Drive applications to include but not limited to Google Sheets and Google Docs a plus.Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, along with general email/internet.Preferred knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership.


Has direct responsibility for managing and controlling company assets, as well as managing and developing employees for future growth. Responsible for maximizing return on investment, profit and loss, daily operation, planning, development, and implementation of marketing plans for both short-term and longterm growth. Oversee and manage the operation of the dealership.
