Elvis was personal friendly as well as professional at the same time.
There were 80 of us and nobody had to complain about the food, service or cleanliness of the whole resort. I heard others in the pool and around the resort bragging about Elvis as well as all the servers The cooks put out food that was over the top. As well as Dennis the Menace at the French restaurant. Elvis was in charge of the food at my daughter‘s wedding as well as the Italian restaurant. Larissa, Araceli, Anylu, Lorena at Market, Eduardo in Rendezvous, the piano man in Rendezvous, Edgar from Amstar tours, Jose, Jacobo and Rebecca in Portofino, Joseph, Andrea and Alexander, Ana and Ricardo and Rudolfo at Seaside grill, Martin in El Patio, Delores in Oceana, Prospero in Barracudas, David from entertainment, Victor at Hiramitsu, Osvaldo at the bell desk, the very helpful lifeguard at the beach, our maid service and all the constantly hard working gardeners that make the resort so beautiful and colourful! The staff were all so helpful and delightful to get to know. What really set this resort apart from others is the service. The location is wonderful, and away from the busy tourism of Cabo San Lucas and close to delightful San Jose del Cabo. The resort has enough secluded locations to get away from a few loud party people and the pool is huge and unique with palm trees in it! The restaurants were all very good. The gardens were lush and beautiful, our swim out room was amazing. Our first holiday in 2 years! The resort was beautifully landscaped and well maintained.
